STEPHEN OLIVER

Stephen is a Dartford based artist. Nature plays a large part in his work, often inspired by local landscapes. He likes to represent the ‘feel’ of nature, often as an abstraction, using various techniques in oil, acrylic, or watercolour.
His bear ‘Pastoral’ is loosely based on scenes from Dartford’s public parks, in particular Central Park and Darenth Country Park.
Stephen has created and managed many local community art projects, some of which can be seen in Dartford’s public spaces. His studio and gallery, in the Orchards Shopping Centre, is open to the public.
