What happens next for artists

January 2026
Our panel will begin shortlisting designs. Artists who submitted will hear from us by 18 January with the outcome.
Please keep in mind that being shortlisted does not guarantee a painting commission.

February 2026
Shortlisted artworks will be unveiled at a special Art Selection Evening in early February, where sponsors will choose the designs they’d love to bring to life.
Final decisions will be shared by 15 February.

Early March 2026
Selected artists will begin painting their sculptures, either from their own studio or at our communal painting hub in Dartford.

4 May 2026
All completed sculptures will be collected and professionally photographed for use in the official app and on the website.

July 2026
The trail launches! Your artwork becomes part of a vibrant outdoor exhibition for everyone to experience.

September 2026
Every sculpture will gather for a memorable Farewell Event celebrating the entire collection.

October 2026
The sculptures are auctioned to raise essential funds for ellenor, giving your artwork a lasting legacy.
